Cushions will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked with Signature

 

This Royal Mail service has a delivery AIM of next postal day (Monday to Saturday) but it is not guaranteed to meet that timescale. Items dispatched on a Friday in most cases reach the recipient on a Saturday, but again, Royal Mail do not guarantee this.

Will I need to pay local tax or duties on my order?

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

At Zawadi Print  we always do our best to deliver a product that we hope you'll love but should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.

Returns policy: here's how it works

  • Contact us within 7 days with your order number handy and the reason for your return

  • As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order

  • Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in 

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it

  • We process all refunds within 28 days

Returns policy: what you need to know

  1. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one

  2. If you are a business customer our '30 day guarantee' does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit

  3. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged)

  4. We cannot offer goods in exchange for the ones that you return, only replacements​

 

Damage/Non-Delivery

Claims for damage must be made by Contacting us within 3-days of receipt of goods and goods returned within 14 days of receipt. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case of inspection by our carriers. 

Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28-days of despatch.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please return it within 14 days. Please contact us in any of the ways detailed in the Contact Us section and we will advise you of the returns procedure. It would be helpful if you could supply a photograph and description of the fault.

We can only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we accept responsibility for the fault we will reimburse Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery postage costs. In the event of your choosing an alternative service we reserve the right to reimburse you to the amount that this service would have cost.
